Cell phone market leader Nokia unveiled a new short-range wireless connection on Tuesday that is smaller and more energy-efficient than current Bluetooth technology and can be used in devices such as watches.According to Nokia, the new radio technology needs a fraction of the power that other radio technologies do, and is therefore ideal for integration in small devices. It’s also compatible with Bluetooth solutions.
