Chi Magazine (Italy) show the last photo of Princess Diana

It would seem the worldwide condemnation which reigned down on the Editor of Italy's Chi magazine may prove to be nothing compared to what is about to happen.
According to reports, Umberto Brindani, who took the controversial decision to publish the photograph of Princess Diana as she lay dying, may face jail over his decision to 'publish and be damned.'It's claimed the Editor, who has hit back at the outrage over the publication of the picture, has been warned by Italy's powerful Autorita Garante Per La Privacy watchdog that he may be prosecuted under laws instigated in 1948 for invasion of privacy. The law relates especially to images which are deemed highly personal and sensitive.
