Rules and regulations:
1. Open to the general public aged 18 and above.
2. Open to smokers who have smoked for a mninimum of a year prior to April 30, 2006.
3. Closing date: April 30, 2006.
4. Participants will be randomly selected using a table of ramdom numbers.
5. Interview and urine tests will be carried out for those short-listed.
6. Judges' decision will be final.

-International level
The first-prize winner at the National level will have a chance to win US$2,500 at regional level and US$10,000 at the international level.
