Rules and regulations:
1. Open to the general public aged 18 and above.
2. Open to smokers who have smoked for a mninimum of a year prior to April 30, 2006.
3. Closing date: April 30, 2006.
4. Participants will be randomly selected using a table of ramdom numbers.
5. Interview and urine tests will be carried out for those short-listed.
6. Judges' decision will be final.
Entry forms are available at the Malaysia Association Secretariat, UPM web page, government hospitals, and major newspapers. So don't copy this form and print this form out. It is just a sample.

30 Consolation Prizes:Air Ticket/Hotel stays/Hampers
-International level
The first-prize winner at the National level will have a chance to win US$2,500 at regional level and US$10,000 at the international level.

Pranks that you should never do...

Last saturday is April fools day. I know. Anyway, the thing is that there are limit to the pranks that you can do. For instance lying, but don't do it often cause people get bored with you and maybe won't believe you anymore. This are the things/places that you should never do on April fools day:
1) Pranks at police station, hospital, ministry office, fire station, oil station.
2) Rape someone then tell her its 'april fool', that just mean.
3) Destroy/damage other people property.
4) Steal other people stuff.
